Chi-Mex Balcony Breakfast

Variation on this theme with leftover chops:

Dice up chops.
Dry fry/sear in hot skillet.
Turn off heat.
Blanket chop with flour tort.
Once warm, smear tort with cream cheese.
Line with chop chunks.
Roll up, inhale.

A hybrid Philly sushi roll texture/
Tacos al pastor flavor.
